No. You don’t need a credit card to sign up for the Free plan. A credit card is required for paid plans, and we accept most major cards, including Visa and Mastercard.

Don’t worry! We’ll send you multiple notifications as you approach your monthly message limit, both by email and within the platform, giving you enough time to adjust your usage, upgrade your plan, or purchase additional messages if needed.
If you reach your message limit before the end of the month and don’t upgrade or add more messages, your automations and messaging will stop working until your limit resets or you take further action.

Absolutely. You can move to a higher plan whenever you need to. Your upgraded plan will become active immediately, and any remaining value from your current subscription will be calculated and applied as a credit toward your new plan.
You’re also free to switch to a lower plan, but the change won’t happen right away. For monthly subscriptions, your downgrade will take effect at the beginning of your next billing cycle. Annual subscriptions can only be downgraded once the current annual term has finished.
Monthly subscribers can upgrade to an annual plan at any time. Any unused amount from their current monthly subscription will be deducted from the cost of the annual plan.

We require all users to provide a valid credit card or PayPal account when subscribing to ChatiOne or purchasing additional messages.
If a payment fails, your automations and messaging features will be temporarily paused until the payment issue is resolved. Once your payment method is updated and the payment is successfully processed, your services will resume.

Due to the nature of automation services and API usage, monthly plans are not eligible for refunds.
However, you can cancel your subscription at any time, and you won’t be charged for the next billing period.
